STEP 01
Open the Audit
Each HRBP logs in with their KAD and works through Phase 1 first — legal compliance. Don't skip to Phase 6.
STEP 02
Build the JSPs
For every distinct role in your KAD, complete a Job Success Profile. This unblocks Phase 2 of the audit.
STEP 03
Run Competency Assessments
Use the Matrix tool to assess each person against their JSP competencies. T&D plans generate automatically.
STEP 04
Export & Consolidate
Export your KAD's audit CSV and T&D CSV. Send to HR lead for org-wide consolidation and reporting.
STEP 05
Review the Plan
Use the Implementation Plan and PVC as your operating reference throughout. Don't wing it — the doctrine is there.
