The foundation document for every role. 9 sections: role identity (KAD, grade, location), purpose, key outputs with KPIs, relationships, experience and knowledge requirements, functional competencies with proficiency levels 1–5, Telinno leadership behaviours, and what excellent performance looks like at 90 days and 12 months — plus early failure signals. Complete one per distinct KAD role before hiring or managing performance against it.

Competency Matrix & T&D Planner
Set the required competency level for each role (from the JSP), then assess each employee's current level against it. Gaps are calculated automatically, and a Training & Development plan is generated per person — with learning method, specific action, and target date. Export all T&D plans as a single CSV for the organisational L&D calendar. Library covers Technical, Commercial, Project Management, Finance, People Leadership, and QHSE.
